Powder Press

1 Mold Press

This press use separate mold which are powerful enough to give higher-quality pressure molding. This lateral mold are separated after pressure molding but before ascent of the top cylinder rod.This mechanism affect avoiding some crack on the pressed-powder. It can be pressed from thickness 0.6 mm to 50mm with almost uniform press-powder density ensured.

2 Dry CIP press

We developed special rubber press to replace Wet type G-CIP press.
This rubber Dry CIP press applies pressure continuously from the center of rubber toward the both ends and give uniform density of pressed powder.
Many rubber mold shape are available upon your requests　(cylinder shape up to 90mm in outer diameter and up to 200mm in height.)
This method gives you near-net shape eliminating excess powders and grinding time.

3 Filter Press

We developed special compact dehydrating machine,which can get low moisture and porous cakes. This filter is best suited for filtering machine tool coolant and other fluid
We use compress ed air injected alternately to right and left filter cloths.
This makes avoiding right and left filter cloths clogged.

4 Poreflon filter

This poreflon mojule can filter some coolant sludge from 0.5micron to 5micron depending on selected poreflon mojule filter. This filter is suitable for recycling water coolant and filtering some sludge.
